Notes
on prices
Prices are all-inclusive for the apartment per week in UK pounds. Late availability
discounts are possible.
25%
is payable on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the
holiday. In addition a refundable deposit of 150 Pounds is payable with the
balance as a key and security bond.
Changeover
day
Normally Thursdays and Saturdays - but may be negotiated.
Apartment is normally prepared by 2pm but guests should vacate by 10 am on day
of departure. Flexible outside July and August.
Additional
Services
For
an additional cost, the following can be organised in advance:
- selection of basic groceries in the fridge upon arrival
- additional cleaning / laundry
Terms
& Conditions
1]
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid at the time of booking.
2] The balance is payable 6 weeks before start of rental period. If the balance is not paid
in time, the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled.
3] Cancellation 4-6 weeks before the start of rental period will be charged at 50% of the
balance.
4] No refund will be made in the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the
start of rental period or during any rental period.
5] In the unlikely event that the owners are forced to cancel or change a client's booking, a full refund of any monies paid including the deposit will be
given but no other compensation is payable.
