Notes on prices
Prices are all-inclusive for the apartment per week in UK pounds. Late availability discounts are possible.
25% is payable on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. 

Terms & Conditions
1] A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid at the time of booking. 
2] The balance is payable 6 weeks before start of rental period. Failure to pay the balance at the due time will be regarded as cancellation.
3] Cancellation 4-6 weeks before the start of rental period will be charged at 50% of the balance. 
4] No refund will be made in the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the start of rental period or during any rental period. 
5] In the unlikely event that the owners are forced to cancel or change a client's booking, a full refund of any monies paid including the deposit will be given but no other compensation is payable. 
6] Clients must agree to act in accordance with the Community Rules during their stay at Colorado Hills.

Changeover day
Apartment is normally prepared by 2pm but guests should vacate by 10 am on day of departure.

Additional Services
For an additional cost, the following can be organised in advance:
- selection of basic groceries in the fridge upon arrival
- additional cleaning / laundry
